Winter Solstice reflects a time of year where we are asked to turn inwards. We are asked to retreat within ourselves, to feel and to connect with our inner world. The wisdom that reveals itself in this dark, internal place is true gold.

This period of deep reflection also corresponds directly with one of the busiest times of the year. The holidays are a time of overflowing agendas and bustling energy. 

In the midst of all of the excitement, we invite you to intentionally take a moment for yourself. Take a moment to retreat, reflect and ground with us in this magical circle.
